One-time use

Expiry windows
Most codes expire 7–30 days after announcement. Anniversary and livestream codes typically have the shortest windows. We mark expired codes on the main Adopt Me page so you can confirm before assuming it's a typo.

Can I redeem Adopt Me codes more than once?+
No. Each promo code can only be claimed once per account. Codes are typically server-locked to your region as well.
Why did my Adopt Me code fail?+
The most common reasons: the code is case-sensitive and you mistyped it, the code expired, you already claimed it on this account, or you are below the level required to redeem (often Adventure Rank 5+ or equivalent).
Will using codes get my Adopt Me account banned?+
No. Promotional codes are released by the publisher and using them is allowed and intended. Only third-party generators, exploit codes, or bots violate the terms of service.
